Μία μοναδική εμπειρία για τους λάτρεις του κρασιού έλαβε χώρα, την Πέμπτη 11 Οκτωβρίου, στο ιστορικό ξενοδοχείο Domotel Kastri, επισφραγίζοντας την εξαιρετική συνεργασία ανάμεσα στη γνωστή αλυσίδα boutique και lifestyle ξενοδοχείων Domotel Hotels & Resorts και στο Δίκτυο Οινοπαραγωγών Αττικής, “Δρόμοι του Κρασιού Αθήνας“.

Αρχικά, οι συνεργάτες της αλυσίδας Domotel Hotels & Resorts και οι καλεσμένοι ξεναγήθηκαν στους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου και μυήθηκαν στα μυστικά του Αττικού Αμπελώνα. Ακολούθησε ένα σεμινάριο από τη δημοσιογράφο οίνου, Μερόπη Παπαδοπούλου και τη συνιδιοκτήτρια του γνωστού wine bar, heteroclito, Μαρί-Μαντλέν Λοράντου. Μέσα στο τελευταίας τεχνολογίας αμφιθέατρο του Domotel Kastri, συζητήθηκαν οι κύριες ποικιλίες κρασιού που παράγονται στην Αττική και φυσικά θέματα που σχετίζονται με τον Αττικό Αμπελώνα. Στη συνέχεια, ο συνιδιοκτήτης του heteroclito, Δημήτρης Κούμανης μαζί με έμπειρη ομάδα οινοχόων, κατάφεραν με κάθετη γευσιγνωσία να μεταδώσουν στους καλεσμένους ακριβώς τις γεύσεις και τα αρώματα του Σαββατιανού. Η εμπειρία ολοκληρώθηκε με τον καλύτερο τρόπο στο εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου. Επιλεγμένες ετικέτες των πέντε οινοπαραγωγών – μελών του Δικτύου “Δρόμοι του Κρασιού Αθήνας” σε συνδυασμό με μοναδικές γευστικές δημιουργίες από τον executive chef του Kastri Bistro, Δημήτρη Καράμπαμπα.
