Πρόκειται για το “The island concept”, το οποίο θα ξεκινήσει τη λειτουργία του το 2019, στον Άγιο Νικόλαο της Κρήτης. Ενα νέο ξεχωριστό boutique ξενοδοχείο, που θα περιλαμβάνει δωμάτια και σουίτες, με ιδιωτική πισίνα, εστιατόριο και μπαρ, κεντρική πισίνα, ιδιωτική παραλία και ένα κέντρο spa με όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις.
