Ο διακεκριμένος σεφ Enza από τη Σικελία, θα φέρει ιταλικό αέρα στη γαλλική πρωτεύουσα, καθώς το εστιατόριό του θα ενταχθεί στο μπαρ του Ritz Paris, στην οδό Saint Honoré, για δύο εβδομάδες.
Οσοι βρεθούν στο Παρίσι θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να απολαύσουν τις ιταλικές σπεσιαλιτέ για το μεσημεριανό τους γεύμα είτε να τις επιλέξουν για το δείπνο τους, που θα σερβίρονται μόνο σε συγκεκριμένες ημερομηνίες, από τις 11 έως τις 18 Νοεμβρίου.
Το βράδυ, το concept αλλάζει και το ραντεβού δίνεται για ένα ιταλικό aperitivo. Από τις 19:00 έως τις 21:00, ο Enza περιμένει τους λάτρεις της Σικελίας, για κοκτέιλ, antipasti και cicchetti.
